Returns Policy
Here’s how our returns work:
We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your Steezey purchase.
TERMS
You can exchange or refund full priced items within 90 days of you receiving your order.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.
Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.
We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment - Steezey cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.
For Exchanges Steezey will pay to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.
In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. Steezey will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.
