• Free Shipping: Orders over AUD $100

• Standard Australia Post: $10.95

• Express Australia Post: $16.50

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping - Takes roughly up to 2 weeks for remote locations (on average).
Express Post - Express Shipping - Takes roughly up to 1 week for items to arrive (on average.) 

ORDER TRACKING
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following day! Parcels are shipped via Australia Post. You will be issued with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment in order to determine its location and time of arrival.

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 Business days unless the products are on ‘pre-order’ status. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and through the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Once items have been dispatched and tracking numbers provided. Your Australia Post tracking number will give you an estimated time of arrival and its current location. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier contact us and we will lodge an inquiry via Australia Post from our end.

We ask that you please be understanding of any unforeseen delivery delays with our shipping carriers, although they do an amazing job they do encounter delays from time to time. For example, Australia Post claims that 90% of orders that don’t arrive by their estimated date will arrive within three business days to a week.

If your order is only a day or two overdue with Standard Shipping please don’t worry as it will likely arrive soon. If your order is four or more days late with with our Shipping or two or more days late with Express Shipping, please get in touch with us and we’ll investigate further!

SIZING GUIDES are on the last image of each product so that you can make the right choice for your size with each item. Note: Sizing can vary within the different items as different manufactures are used.
For this reason use the guide image at the end of the images of each item to make sure you select the right size for that item. (For example - you may be a Large with one item and a Medium with another.)
